What can I say besides ALAN YICK IS THE MAN with a MASTER PLAN! I went through a lot of ups and downs together with Alan and my parents. COVID house hunting was painful & I think first time home buying in general can be painful & disheartening & exhausting. But Alan stayed positive through it all for the 1.5 years we worked together. When I asked him if we can see a house that was just listed, he was on it, first one in line. When I had questions about the house, he either knew the answers or found the answers for you right away. TARA IS AMMAZING! Highly recommend her!! Tara listed & sold a probate property I was responsible for liquidating as soon as possible. She listed and had me under contract within a 10 day period!! ! I was very inexperienced with probate matters & she understood my fiduciary duties and made sure I didn’t do anything stupid that wouldn’t be in the best interest of the beneficiary I was responsible for. She had legal paperwork, I didn’t even know I needed, drawn up for two separate issues. She protected me from potentially being sued in multiple ways. She guided me to a reasonably priced lawyer to handle the eviction of the inhabitants so the home could close quickly. There were many challenges for the buyer to obtain financing due to the damage at this property & Tara still managed to have us close on time! She gave excellent and detailed advice on what I needed to repair in order to pass an FHA inspection, and through following her explicit instructions I am now rid of a massive headache of a property. She is a straight shooter in all ways & every piece of advice she gave panned out! We loved having Tara represent us during the home buying process. We had a all to common problem in this fast paced market. We sold our home and closed with no place to go.
